Pals in the Pod is committed to creating a one of a kind experience for kids and their families. The entire downstairs and backyard areas are 100% dedicated to the children. We want parents to know their kids are receiving the best care, in a safe and stimulating environment, where they can grow and develop to their full potential.
We're open Monday-Friday from 7am-6pm.
Rates
The rates below are weekly rates and are based on the number of days your child is in care each week.
Organic breakfast, lunch, and two snacks provided at no additional cost.
We bill weekly and fees are due every Friday by 6:00pm for the next week of care.
Infant
Ages 24 months and younger.

5 days $295 per week
4 days $250 per week
3 days $210 per week
2 days $165 per week
1 day $110 per week
Example 1 - If your child is 24 months or younger and needs care for 5 days per week,
then the rate is $295 per week and is due every Friday by 6pm.
Example 2 - If your child is 24 months or younger and needs care for 2 days per week,
then the rate is $165 per week and is due every Friday by 6pm.
Toddler, Preschool, School Age
5 days $255 per week
4 days $220 per week
3 days $180 per week
2 days $140 per week
1 day $95 per week
Example 1 - If your child is 25 months or older and needs care for 5 days per week,
then the rate is $255 per week and is due every Friday by 6pm.
Example 2 - If your child is 25 months or older and needs care for 2 days per week,
then the fee is $140 per week and is due every Friday by 6pm.
Drop-in Rates
We offer drop-in care on a day-to-day basis for those who are not enrolled in full or part-time care. Also for children who need to come in on a day that is not scheduled in their contract. All paperwork must be filled out and the enrollment fee paid before drop-in care can be used. Drop-in care days are not guaranteed and are dependent on availability which will change from day to day. If specific days are needed each week, then choosing from one of the weekly rates and enrolling in a weekly plan is a better choice. This will guarantee your days each week.

Holidays, Vacations, and Sick Days
Children are allowed a number of unpaid vacation days, sick days, and ten holidays per year. You will not be charged for these days and your weekly rate will be adjusted. Contact us for more information.

Enrollment Fees
The enrollment fee is a one time annual fee for full-time, part-time, and drop in care.
The enrollment fee is $50, and $25 per additional siblings.
The annual re-enrollment fee is $25, and $12.50 per additional siblings.
The first week and last two weeks of care are due at enrollment.
The first two weeks of care is a trial period. If the contract is cancelled during the two-week trial period,
the last two weeks and any unused days will be refunded.
A payment plan for last two week of care is available upon request.
